The Jackson Purchase Resource Conservation and Development Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, nongovernmental organization (NGO) working in the Kentucky Counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken.
