The Jackson Purchase Resource Conservation and Development Foundation, Inc. has partnered with the Conservation Districts, Murray State University, The Nature Conservancy, and Strand Associates with EPA 319(h) funding through the Kentucky Division of Water to produce 2 Watershed Based Plans according to the EPA 9 elements.
