County Agricultural Development Councils have partnered with the Foundation to administer their local cost-share programs. In the past, we have assisted Ballard County, Calloway County, Graves County, Marshall County and McCracken County with these programs.  Funds for these grants are from the Master Settlement Agreement with the tobacco companies, administered by the Governor's Office of Ag Policy. Currently, we are not administering any of these programs.
